This program will happen virtually.
This 2 week course teaches the fundamentals of dance technique and prepares the body for more intensive dance training. No prior dance knowledge necessary for this course. Students meet for synchronous lessons each day from 11am – 12pm. In each class students learn elements of modern dance technique, strengthening, and stretching. Each class finishes with the creation of a simple dance routine that will link the learned concepts with creative exercises that students will complete during off-screen times.
