Chemistry is fun. Eating is even more fun. What if we combine both? The process of cooking and eating involves a plethora of chemical reactions to ensure our bodies get the most nutrients. We will discover the different chemicals that make up our food, how cooking alters them, and their decomposition in our bodies.
